IndianOil recruits bright and professionally qualified people for its executive cadre. It follows a mix of open and campus recruitment.  For open recruitment advertisements are published in leading national dailies. Interested candidates meeting IndianOil’s requirements can apply online. Applications are then scrutinised and checked for eligibility. The candidates meeting the criteria set by IndianOil are then called for a written test. Based on their performance in the written test, they are further called for group discussion/ group task and interview.  For campus recruitment, IndianOil visits the IITs, NITs and other reputed technical institutes of the country for recruiting final year engineering students, and prominent business management institutes for final year MBA students. It also recruits Chartered Accountants from various centres of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

A. Qualifications

The prescribed qualifications are a minimum of 65% marks in Engineering or Business Management from recognised institutes Pass class as declared by the respective Institute for SC/ST/PH candidates in the qualifying Degree examination Only full-time regular courses from recognised Indian universities/ institutes are considered For Boiler Operation Engineers (BOEs), the requirement of minimum 65% marks in the qualifying Engineering Degree examination is not applicable

Upto 60% of the PRP will be given within the ceiling of 3% of Profit Before Tax (PBT) of current year, and 40% of PRP will come from 10% of incremental profit. The total PRP will however be limited to 5% of the year's PBT. The performance payment shown above has been computed on notional basis in the revised Pay assuming that Corporation has achieved 'Excellent' rating, the officer's performance is 'Outstanding', and profit of the year and incremental profit are sufficient to give full performance incentive.

FOR ITS BRANCHES IN MUMBAI (400 VACANCIES), THANE (300 VACANCIES) AND PUNE (300 VACANCIES)

Saraswat Bank, the premier and largest among the 1725 Urban Co-operative Bank in India has a network of 222 fully computerised branches o­n CBS platform located in six states i.e. Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and New Delhi.   The total business of the Bank has crossed Rs.29,000 crore as o­n 30/09/2011  with zero percent net NPA. Recently, the Bank has been granted a pan-India area of operation from RBI. The Bank which employs over 3330 staff is now poised to expand o­n All India Basis and will be opening branches in theMetropolitan Cities, State Capitals and Mega Cities. 

The Bank is now looking for energetic and dynamic candidates, residing in Mumbai, Thane and Pune fulfilling the following eligibility norms for recruitment:

Post	Eligibility Criteria
Clerk – Marketing & Operations in Grade B	Age : Below 27 years as o­n 31st October, 2011. Educational Qualification : Minimum First Class in B.Com. from a reputed University.

The selected candidates will be o­n probation for six months and during probation, will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs.9,500/- p.m. After acceptable performance, they will be confirmed and o­n confirmation, the post will carry gross emoluments of around Rs.12,700/- p.m. approx. with annual emoluments of Rs.2.05 Lakhs and other benefits as admissible under the relevant grade.

The services are transferable to any location/office/subsidiary of the Bank.
